season fees

At Saint Ignatius, we have built the program to be competitive at the highest levels of Illinois High School hockey and we make every effort to be as cost-effective as possible while providing some of the best resources for our athletes' continued development including, high-caliber coaching, on-ice skill development, off-ice strength training, mental skills development, and nutrition. Please note that transportation to practice from school is provided for JV.

We are also excited to announce that ALL 3 TEAMS will have separate locker rooms at the rink and the majority of all of our 3 teams home games will be on the USG Arena!

Hockey is a team sport requiring significant financial and time commitment from both the player and family. The cost of playing hockey has increased year to year due to higher ice costs, league fees, referee costs, coaching salaries, transportation, team equipment, and off-ice training, and we work to minimize fee increases.

Payment Structure

Once teams have been picked, a link for Offer Acceptance will be emailed to each family. Upon registration, 1/3 of the season fees are due upon acceptance of your spot. The remaining balance will be spread across four subsequent payments on October 15, November 15, and December 15, and January 15.

Extra Costs

There will be a team fund collection to cover additional expenses such as team-related events and activities. Families should plan for this expense and it will be administered by a team manager. The amounts will vary by team.

Financial Assistance

Our Club's goal is that all athletes have an opportunity to play hockey regardless of financial situation and we will support as best we can to assist those in need. Please refer to our Financial Assistance Program to inquire on how you can apply. Such requests will be confidential.
